The Fish and Hang events rely on individual sponsors who align with the event mission. Tailored for affordability, iFishiBelong’s Fish and Hang events allow participants to explore, DIY fish, and enjoy social hangouts. Beyond showcasing local businesses and guides. These events prioritize creating an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
This sponsorship will be allocated to fund 20 scholarships, including four main scholarships (one for each event location) covering registration, camping, fishing licenses, workshops, and $250 for travel. The remaining 16 scholarships will cover registration and camping expenses. Additionally, these funds will address event-related costs not covered by registration fees and workshop registrations. This financial support is essential for the seamless execution of the events by our dedicated volunteers from iFishiBelong and UWOTF co-hosts.
Non-profit status
iFishiBelong applied for 501c3 status with the IRS on December 13th, 2023, and is currently in the review process with EIN 93-4542368. Upon receiving 501c3 status, your sponsorship and donation will become a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
