Workshop Time Changes
Please note that we have made adjustments to the workshop schedule.
Due to forecasted afternoon wind gusts of up to 35 mph on Saturday, June 27, 2026, we have made the safety-based decision to move the Paddle Craft Workshop to an earlier time in the day. To accommodate participants who are registered for multiple workshops, we have also moved the Intro to Fly Fishing and Fly Tying Tips & Tricks workshops to the afternoon.
This updated schedule offers added convenience, as the Saturday workshops will be held at the Roslyn Masonic Hall, which is within walking distance of our Saturday evening dinner and festivities at Roslyn Yard.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

Roslyn Yard Fun
We’re excited to bring everyone together for an evening of great food, community, and fun at Roslyn Yards on Saturday, 6/27/26, night. Included with your registration is a buffet dinner catered by one of our favorite local Roslyn businesses, Juanita’s Mexican Food. Dinner includes a variety of menu options and non alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase individually through the venue.
After dinner, the fun continues with two signature Roslyn Riffle activities: Speed Friending and the Fly Fishing Olympics.
Speed Friending: Find Your Fly Fishing People
This isn’t dating. It’s speed friending for anglers.
Whether you’re the type of person who loves a predawn wake-up call and hiking into remote water before sunrise, or you prefer a relaxed afternoon start with friends, you’ll have the opportunity to meet other participants who enjoy fly fishing the same way you do.
Speed Friending is a fun, low-pressure way to connect with fellow anglers, build new friendships, and find future fishing partners for adventures both near and far.
Fly Fishing Olympics
The Fly Fishing Olympics is all about having fun, being a little competitive, and showing off your fly fishing skills.
Participants will compete in teams of three, with each team member taking on different lighthearted challenges. The challenges will include selecting the right fly based on clues, tying a knot, casting at targets, knocking down empty cans, and even throwing and netting a fish.
No experience is required, and spectators are encouraged to cheer on their fellow participants. Prizes will be awarded, but the real goal is to laugh, connect with others, and enjoy an evening of fly fishing-themed fun.
